What's Covered Under Warranty

We provide free repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. To make a claim, select "Warranty/Defect" when contacting us.

Before Filing a Claim

  • Proof required: You'll need your warranty card or original order number.
  • Start date: Coverage begins when you receive the product.
  • Important for returns/exchanges:
    • Keep the original packaging until you confirm the item works properly
    • For refunds: You must deactivate theft registration yourself
  • Time limit: Report issues within 2 months of discovery

Warranty Details

1. 14-Day Defect Coverage

  • Covers: Damage, major scratches, or system failures found within 14 days of delivery
  • Process: Submit through our repair request form
  • Our determination: We cover verified manufacturing defects affecting core functionality. Final determination rests with our technical team.

2. 1-Year Battery Warranty

  • Covers: Material or manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase
  • Note: Natural capacity loss from regular use isn't covered

3. 1-Year Major Component Warranty

  • Duration: 1 year from delivery date
  • Covered parts:
    • Mechanical: Forks, seat posts, handlebars, brake levers (excluding pads), cranksets, derailleurs
    • Electrical: Chargers, motor, controller, display, assist system, USB ports, throttle, switches
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear isn't covered

4. 5-Year Frame Warranty

  • Covers: Material/manufacturing defects in frame for 5 years from delivery
  • Exclusions: Damage from normal use isn't included

General Terms & Limitations

  • We may request damage photos via email
  • What voids warranty:
    • Use outside Japan
    • Replacing undamaged parts at customer request
    • Products resold or transferred
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Repairs done outside authorized service centers
  • Important notes:
    • Accessories aren't covered
    • Standard wear parts (brake pads, tires, chains) are customer responsibility
    • Exclusions apply regardless of part warranty status
