Warranty Coverage

We provide free repairs or replacements for defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. To file a claim, select "Warranty/Defect" on our contact form.

Before Filing a Claim

  • Proof required: Have your warranty card or order number ready
  • Start date: Coverage begins the day your item arrives
  • Key requirements for replacements/returns:
    • Keep original packaging until you've verified the product's condition
    • For refunds: Deactivate theft protection registration yourself
  • Time limit: Report issues within 2 months of discovery

Coverage Details

✅ 14-Day Defect Coverage

  • Covers: Damage, major scratches, or system failures found within 14 days of delivery
  • Process: Submit through our repair request form
  • Note: We cover verified manufacturing defects affecting core functionality (final determination by our technicians)

🔋 1-Year Battery Warranty

  • Covers: Material or manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase
  • Excludes: Natural capacity loss from regular use

🛠️ 1-Year Component Warranty

  • Duration: 1 year from delivery
  • Covered parts:

    Mechanical Parts

    • Forks
    • Seat posts
    • Handlebars
    • Brake levers (excluding pads)
    • Derailleurs (front/rear)

    Electrical Parts

    • Charger
    • Motor
    • Controller
    • Display panel
    • Assist system
  • Excludes: Normal wear and tear

🚲 5-Year Frame Warranty

  • Covers: Material/manufacturing defects in frame for 5 years from delivery
  • Excludes: Damage from regular use

Important Limitations

⚠️ What's Not Covered

  • Use outside Canada
  • Non-defective part replacement requests
  • Resold/transferred products
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Accessories/optional parts
  • Consumables: Brake pads, tires, chains
  • Damage from accidents or improper use
